Information in a business inquiry
The RFQ form asks for your name, business email, company, country or region, and product requirements. You may also provide your business type, requested products and quantities, customization details, notes, and permitted reference files where that option is enabled. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card details, identification documents, or confidential material that is not needed for the request.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry details are used to review and respond to your request, clarify specifications, maintain a record of the inquiry, and operate the submission and notification process. Where configured, Supabase provides database and private file-storage services, Resend handles inquiry-notification email, and Vercel hosts the website. These services process the relevant information to support those functions. A saved inquiry and its notification status may be retained even if an email notification fails, so the request can still be followed up.
Inquiry List and technical storage
The Inquiry List uses browser storage to remember selected product references and quantities between pages and refreshes. It is specific to the browser and device you use and is cleared after a successful submission. You can also remove products in the interface or clear your browser's site data. Technical information needed to secure and operate the service may be processed for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
Files, access, and service providers
Only upload files you are entitled to share. Where uploads are enabled, reference files are handled through private storage rather than a public product gallery. Website hosting, database, storage, and email providers may process information in locations outside your country. Access should be limited to the people and services handling the request; do not treat a web form as a channel for highly sensitive material.
Retention and requests about your information
Inquiry information should be kept only as needed for follow-up, business records, security, or applicable legal obligations, then deleted through the configured retention process. A fixed retention period is not represented as a universal legal requirement. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email silvanestplant@gmail.com and identify the request as a privacy matter, including the email address associated with the inquiry. Identity and any necessary retention obligations may need to be checked before action.
