Build a coordinated assortment
Choose a foliage direction, palette, decoration style, and size range before selecting individual items. Record which wreaths and garlands should match and where visual variation is acceptable. If you have a product reference, include it in the inquiry. Otherwise attach a reference image and specify the wreath diameter or garland length, desired finish, and quantities. Confirm seasonal availability and matching components before ordering.
Prepare separate style briefs for Christmas wreaths; no product-specific seasonal SKU is currently published.
Work backward from your display launch
Set a latest receiving date that allows inspection, preparation, distribution to stores, and installation. Then ask for current supply and transport options for the requested references. Where the order has critical milestones, seek written confirmation of those milestones before proceeding. No universal holiday order cutoff or guaranteed lead time is published here.
- Assortment requirements and product-reference review.
- Written specification and commercial-term confirmation.
- Confirmed supply, transport, receiving, and display preparation.
Separate greenery from electrical requirements
If lighting is part of the brief, specify the market, power source, plug requirements, indoor or outdoor location, and the documentation your team needs. Confirm what is included in the finished product and how electrical components can be serviced. A lighted reference photograph does not establish certification or suitability for a particular location.
Consider the journey after the season
For reusable displays, assess how items will be removed, cleaned, packed, and stored. Ask for product-specific handling guidance and review whether the proposed carton can support your intended storage process. For resale, agree how presentation and decorative attachment points will be checked against the approved product specification. Record any acceptable variation and a process for reporting shipment issues.
Review carton dimensions and storage protection with the shipping and packaging checklist before comparing freight estimates.
