Break the event into individual floral jobs
Separate personal flowers, ceremony installations, table arrangements and venue accents. The published rose reference has red or white 6- and 12-piece options; calla lilies are loose stems in 10-, 20- or 30-stem reference sets. The white rose garland is a separate 6.5-foot format. These retail configurations help identify the product; they do not establish wholesale minimums or a ready-to-carry bridal bouquet.
Review the length and included flowers in the 6.5-foot white rose garland reference before calculating garlands for an arch or table edge.
Separate wedding bouquet requirements from loose-stem assembly and venue installations; a listed floral set is not automatically a finished bridal bouquet.
- Personal flowers: list each bouquet by role, finished size and assembly responsibility.
- Tables: record vessel dimensions, arrangement height, and the number of settings.
- Installations: identify the structure, coverage area, attachment method, and installer.
Approve a recipe before multiplying quantities
For each table or bouquet design, record the exact product option, number of pieces, supporting greenery and vessel dimensions. If your team has evaluated the proposed materials, record preparation time and photograph the assembled design under the intended lighting. Multiply only after checking the recipe. Keep spare materials and contingency quantities on separate lines so the quotation and assembly plan can be reviewed together.
Use the bulk artificial wedding flowers guide to turn the approved arrangement recipe into an order worksheet.
Make the timeline part of the specification
Include both the event date and the latest acceptable receiving date, plus the destination postal code and any venue receiving restrictions. Work backward through design approval, confirmed product availability, transport, unpacking, inspection and assembly. Ask which items can be quoted together and whether any configuration needs a separate schedule. Request written supply and shipping terms before booking installation work around an order.
For event rentals and repeated use
Include repeated-use requirements in the brief: how the display will be transported, cleaned, stored and reinstalled. Evaluate the selected materials against that process and inspect flower-head attachments, exposed wire and fixing points after handling. Outdoor exposure or venue fire requirements need product-specific evidence and venue approval. Agree installation responsibilities separately from the flower quotation.
Does a bouquet listing mean it is ready for a bridal party?+
No. Check the selected option and included pieces. Rose sets and loose calla lily stems may need arranging, binding and finishing by your floral team. Include the intended finished bouquet size and any required assembly in your RFQ.
Can I combine flowers and garlands in one event inquiry?+
Yes. Add the published references to your Inquiry List, enter quantities for each and describe the required color, option and unit in the requirements field. Include the overall installation length for garlands and your latest receiving date. Packing, availability and order terms are reviewed for the requested assortment.
