Inquiries are requests, not orders
The Inquiry List records requested products and quantities for your RFQ. A successful submission confirms that the inquiry was received by the configured system; it is not a quotation, order acceptance, payment request, stock reservation, or promised response time. A transaction requires separately agreed commercial terms and specifications between the relevant parties.
Acceptable use and reference materials
Provide accurate contact information and submit only legitimate business requests. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious files, or submit unlawful content. You are responsible for having permission to share any reference images, artwork, documents, or other materials you include. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or third-party confidential material without a lawful and necessary reason.
